📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Lead marketing campaigns to enhance RSU Queen Latifa's brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, using Oracle HCM.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR and marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze HR and marketing metrics using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Represent RSU Queen Latifa at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR and marketing initiatives.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM and Google Analytics is a plus.
