• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth
• Curate and manage bespoke itineraries, ensuring they align with our brand's luxury and authenticity standards
• Lead and mentor a team of travel experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including hotels, tour operators, and service providers
• Oversee the coordination of group tours and corporate travel programs, ensuring seamless execution
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas to keep our offerings competitive
• Represent Island Escapes Indonesia at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in destination management
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong understanding of the Bangka Belitung archipelago, its culture, and attractions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Certification in destination management or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with travel industry software and technology, including booking platforms, CRM systems, and revenue management tools
• Ability to travel extensively and work in diverse environments
