📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and evaluate urban development projects using GIS and remote sensing technologies.
Analyze spatial data to assess the impact of infrastructure projects on the city's environment and communities.
Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to urban development.
Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of urban planning initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate monitoring findings to senior management and the public.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban monitoring and GIS technologies.
Participate in training and workshops to enhance skills in GIS and remote sensing.
Ensure compliance with national and local regulations governing urban development and infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in urban monitoring, GIS, or remote sensing.
Proficiency in GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
Experience with remote sensing technologies and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Indonesian urban planning policies and regulations.
