You will work closely with our finance team to prepare monthly financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in the preparation of annual financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, payroll, and other financial documents
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations
