As an APE, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, executing promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets through innovative and persuasive promotional activities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns, managing a team of field sales representatives, and ensuring that all promotional activities are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective promotional tactics, such as trade promotions, point-of-sale materials, and customer engagement activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, including trade promotions, point-of-sale materials, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional tactics.
• Ensure all promotional activities are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of promotional strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
