As a Part-Time Meal Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our meal service, including meal planning, menu development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our team of chefs and kitchen staff to prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals that cater to the diverse needs of our preschoolers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the meal service, including meal planning, menu development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals that cater to the diverse needs of our preschoolers.
• Ensure that all meals meet the highest standards of nutrition and safety, and are prepared in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with the preschool's educational team to incorporate nutrition education into the meal service.
• Manage the inventory of food items and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that they are following proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Monitor food waste and implement strategies to minimize waste while ensuring that all meals are prepared fresh and on time.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the preschool's nutrition policy and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in meal operations, food service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and the ability to develop and implement nutrition education programs.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus.
