📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations between Indonesian and Chinese clients.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents using J&T Cargo’s proprietary logistics software.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Translate and interpret communications between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.
• Assist in the organization and execution of logistics events and workshops.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, administration, or a related field.
• Experience with logistics software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
