🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, microfinance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of micro-banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certification in financial advisory or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
