📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and test construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or maintenance process.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
