📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the processing department.,Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and order processing to prevent stockouts and delays.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficient workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a processing or operational role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
