📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.,Educate patients and families on their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing station and patient rooms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
