Glow Pearl Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing internal audit activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities to improve business performance.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct interviews, inspections, and data analysis to gather information and evidence for audits.,Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of internal audit activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
