SHIFT Berjaya is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support our business operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank deposits.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Generate financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
