As the leader of our Legal & Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that PT Finansial Digital Indonesia operates within the bounds of the law, while also driving innovation in compliance practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
Oversee legal matters related to P2P lending operations, including contract review and negotiation.
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
Provide legal counsel and support to the business teams on regulatory and compliance issues.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance.
Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments in the fintech industry.
Lead and mentor the Legal & Compliance team to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and fintech-specific laws.
Certification in AML/KYC or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.
Proficient in using legal and compliance management software such as OneTrust, LexisNexis, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
