📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and other facility equipment.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to improve maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and other building systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo or similar systems.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
