In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and create training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Implement and manage learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs, leadership development, and technical training.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development programs meet the needs of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.,Ability to design and develop engaging and effective training materials.
