📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Certifications in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
