📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure products meet established standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high standards of quality.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Understanding of ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
