📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Manage a team of kitchen staff and ensure that they are trained and motivated to perform their best.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.,Prepare and serve meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that orders are placed as needed.,Ensure that all food costs are controlled and that the kitchen is operating efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well as part of a team.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
