📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
