📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular client meetings to discuss needs, provide solutions, and build trust.,Monitor client performance and provide feedback to improve their business outcomes.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client relationships.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the company's CRM system.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay connected with clients and prospects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
