📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting risks and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal control systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
