In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's cash flow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions including cash and card payments.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Process insurance claims and reimbursements.,Handle refunds and exchanges according to company policy.,Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or financial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with insurance claim processing.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
