In this role, you will be working closely with our team of engineers and technicians, using tools like Fleet Management Software (FMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the heavy equipment fleet.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and utilization using Fleet Management Software (FMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support to the construction team, addressing any equipment-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and fleet management.
• Proven experience with Fleet Management Software (FMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance (e.g., CME, CMEP, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to heavy equipment operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
