📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hatchery equipment, including incubators, brooders, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and upgrades to hatchery infrastructure.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the hatchery environment.
• Provide technical support to the hatchery team, including operators and supervisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hatchery maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with poultry hatchery equipment and maintenance practices.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to poultry hatcheries.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Experience with maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Valid certification in poultry hatchery maintenance or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the hatchery.
