📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fueling, and routing.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and track vehicle performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities and expenses.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
