CV Cempaka Wira is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, contributing to the overall success of our transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and usage to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the operation of the vehicle fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
