In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the System Administrator in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network systems.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.,Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and problems.,Assist in the implementation of security measures and protocols.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.,Support the IT team in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
