📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Lead Lab Technician in performing various laboratory tests and analyses.,Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.,Record and document test results accurately.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Support the Lead Lab Technician in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in test results.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.
