📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and service targets.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of café operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Hospitality and customer service certification is a plus.
