As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure food quality and safety by implementing and monitoring food handling procedures.,Control and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Restaurant Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with basic marketing and promotional techniques.
