📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure adequate supply of materials.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Assist in training and developing junior production staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to analyze and solve production problems.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
