📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the organization and management of procurement meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
